Description
The People Systems team plays a critical role in supporting the HR organization through technology, managing a range of initiatives that include end-user support for our HRIS, HiBob, and contributing to the ongoing development of our broader HR technology roadmap.
As a Senior HR Systems Analyst, you will partner closely with the HR team and other downstream stakeholders to understand the challenges they face and systematically address them in scalable, efficient ways. This role offers the opportunity to make a profound impact on Nebiusโ HR systems landscape while further developing your analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
โข ย ย Create, maintain, and evolve the People Systems roadmap, centrally capturing current and planned initiatives across all HR stakeholder groups in alignment with broader People priorities
โข ย ย Closely align with our HRIS vendor, HiBob, by tracking their product roadmap, surfacing relevant updates, and proactively influencing priorities based on Nebiusโ needs in partnership with the People Systems Manager
โข ย ย Translate People Systems pain points and stakeholder feedback into well-defined enhancement requests and improvement initiatives for HiBob and other systems
โข ย ย Partner with HR leadership and key stakeholder groups through a regular business review cadence to understand pain points, share updates, and support continuous improvement initiatives
โข ย ย Review existing end-user and internal People Systems documentation to identify gaps, and create clear, structured documentation that improves end-user knowledge and self-service
โข ย ย Coordinate People Systems activities for potential mergers & acquisitions, including HRIS integrations, employee record creation, and collaboration on data migration and lifecycle process setup
โข ย ย Identify and implement opportunities for automation, self-service, and efficiency improvements across People Systems
โข ย ย Support the implementation of AI-driven support solutions (e.g. Rovo or similar) to act as optional tier-0 support by leveraging existing end-user documentation
โข ย ย Act as deputy to the People Systems Manager when required, supporting continuity, decision-making, and team leadership topics in their absence
Requirements
โข ย ย Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
โขย ย 7+ years of experience in HR, People Systems, or related roles, with a strong emphasis on systems ownership, process design, or HR technology
โข ย ย Technical understanding is a must (minimum level of understanding how APIs and Webhooks function). Familiarity with Python, Power Automate, Airflow, or AI-driven tools is aย ย ย ย strong advantage
โข ย ย Proven experience owning or contributing to People Systems or HRIS roadmaps
โข ย ย Strong hands-on experience with modern HRIS platformsย
โข ย ย Demonstrated experience working with external vendors and influencing product roadmaps
โข ย ย Experience supporting or leading People Systems workstreams for mergers & acquisitions
โข ย ย Proven ability to identify, design, and implement automation and self-service solutions
โข ย ย Experience creating and maintaining high-quality end-user documentation (e.g. Confluence or similar tools)
โข ย ย Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) and a strong data-driven mindset
โข ย ย Experience using Jira or comparable ticketing and project tracking systems
โข ย ย Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, vlookups, complex formulas)
โข ย ย Comfortable operating with ambiguity and taking ownership in a fast-growing, global environment
