Refund Policy

1. Job Posting Refunds

Our refund terms for individual job postings:

  • Full refund available within 24 hours of purchase if the post hasn't gone live
  • No refunds once a job posting has been published
  • Partial refunds may be issued for technical issues preventing proper posting
  • Featured listing upgrades are non-refundable once active

2. Subscription Refunds

For our subscription services:

  • Pro-rated refunds available for unused full months
  • No partial month refunds
  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for partial refunds within first 30 days
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are typically provided in these situations:

  • Platform technical issues preventing service delivery
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service unavailability during paid period
  • Account termination by Remote Only (pro-rated)

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used promotional credits
  • Processing fees
  • Partial months of service
  • Active job postings that have received applications
  • Premium features already utilized

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit request through our support portal or email
  2. Include your order/transaction ID
  3. Provide reason for refund request
  4. Allow 5-10 business days for processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • Contact our customer support team
  • Allow 48 hours for initial response
  • Provide relevant documentation
  • Work with our team to resolve the issue
