The Role

Looking for an opportunity to leverage your consulting expertise in a post-implementation capacity within the life sciences industry? Veeva Systems is seeking a Managed Services Consultant for our Align team. As a Managed Services Consultant, Align, you will be a key member of our Managed Services team, providing ongoing application administration and consulting support for customers live with Veeva Align. You will serve as a subject matter expert for Veeva Align, working remotely with multiple clients via phone and web meeting to support their territory alignments and related processes. This role requires a blend of product expertise, consulting acumen, and a passion for customer success in the life sciences industry. This is a remote, full-time, permanent role, supporting multiple clients in a shared, dedicated capacity.   This is a customer-facing role. Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, OPT) for this employment position.
