The Role

The Services Engagement Manager is an experienced, results-driven professional to drive the strategy, positioning, and delivery model for Veeva’s Professional Services. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external executive leadership—helping life sciences organizations understand the value of partnering with Veeva to achieve their business objectives. You will own the end-to-end engagement design, collaborate across functions, and drive a high-volume pipeline with precision, velocity, and diplomacy.   With a passion for Software Implementation and (preferred) expertise in Life Sciences/Healthcare/IT sales cycles, you’ll draft and deliver RFx Responses, Proposals, and Statements of Work, driving alignment with internal cross-functional subject matter experts and customer leadership.   This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. This is a customer-facing role and we have no work location requirement if you are in close proximity to an airport and able to meet potential travel requirements when they arise.
