Account Executive - Field Sales

About this roleโ€ฆ

In this job, youโ€™ll:

  • Manage a pipeline of qualified leads, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
  • Identify and understand usersโ€™ pain points to propose Flipdish solutions and own the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through to closing, including business case development and commercial negotiations.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and sales presentations to effectively showcase Flipdish's solutions.
  • Communicate the unique value proposition of our products, address any concerns or objections, and handle competitive questions with a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Liaise with Product and Marketing teams to stay updated on new features and product launches.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage pipeline data in our CRM system.

Weโ€™re looking forโ€ฆ

  • Proven experience in sales with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with prospects.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented mindset, with a track record of hitting sales targets.
  • An enthusiastic interest in sales, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion, with the ability to handle contract terms and close deals effectively.
  • Experience in managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate pipeline data.
