OmniSci is seeking a full-time Partner Marketing Manager to help drive the strategy and execution for partner marketing. This position will focus on driving engagement with alliance partners and strategic partners in developing and executing marketing programs that drive revenue and brand awareness. Candidates should have proven experience successfully orchestrating internal resources to build GTM programs for and with partners to accelerate revenue growth. This role reports to the Director of Marketing (based in our San Francisco HQ) and works closely with the VP of Business Development. This position is located in San Francisco, CA, but we are open to remote candidates that have very strong, relevant experience.
Help to define and execute joint GTM initiatives and programs to build pipeline and revenue by integrating existing company assets and programs into key partner demand generation activities
Work cross-functionally with internal & external partner teams to create and execute partner marketing campaigns and activities
Enable the success of partners through ownership of the partner portal, events, content, tools, and contributing to training
Work with the marketing team, including demand generation, events, and digital marketing, to maximize value from all activities
Oversee the process of sharing leads with partners and distributing leads internally for sales follow-up
Measure the effectiveness of partner marketing demand generation programs and campaigns using Pardot and Salesforce, and demonstrate an increase in partner qualified leads and improved conversion rates
Educate partners on the right target industries and use cases where a joint value proposition will lead to optimal sales results
Plan and execute marketing events with partners
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clear and proactive communication to meet deadlines and stay within budget
Build and maintain ongoing communications with the partner & field sales, and marketing teams
5+ years of partner marketing experience, preferably in enterprise software technology, and ideally in big data settings
Must be team-oriented but a self-starter who can work independently and drive multiple priorities to successful conclusion with strong project management
Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing the effectiveness of marketing programs on key metrics (ROI, customer acquisition, etc.)
Understanding of modern demand generation activities and channels (including ABM, event management, campaign execution, social media, display advertising, etc.) and experience with the modern marketing technology stack (Marketo/Pardot, Salesforce, Demandbase preferred)
Attention to detail and time management skills while maintaining strong cross-functional working relationships
Balances strategy with execution mindset.
Strong communication skills.
Ability and willingness to do minimal travel.
