As a Business Writer, you’ll be in charge of creating and editing content related to talent acquisition, talent retention, working remotely, and the future of work.
This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere in the world.
Research, outline, write and edit articles about the following topics: talent acquisition, talent retention, working remotely, and the future of work.
Develop unique and attractive headlines and body.
Optimize the articles for organic search.
Optimize the articles for conversions (signups).
Meet regular submission deadlines.
Propose new topics to include in the content roadmap.
Onboard and integrate into Toptal.
Familiarize yourself with the structure and operations of the Growth team.
Dive into the content marketing roadmap.
2-4 years experience as a professional writer, content developer, or technical writer.
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in SEO is highly valued.
Preferred: Work experience in topics related to talent acquisition, retention, or the future of work.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated qualities: proactive, problem-solving, self-starter, highly collaborative.
Proficient in Google Sheets.
