Toodledo is one of the top-rated productivity apps out there. We’re now hiring a marketer to help make some improvements and grow our user base dramatically.

We're a small team. Two of us are marketers who’ve started and scaled companies to 7-figures a year in profit and tens of millions in lifetime revenue as well as a developer who’s sharp as a whip. Our mission is to make Toodledo the biggest and best productivity tool in the world.

As our first growth hire, you will learn from us. But you must show initiative and be entrepreneurial. We value hard work and creativity over skill. You can learn the latter, not the former.

The perfect person for this role is a scrappy and talented marketer who one day wants to start their own company and has a fire to get big, fast.


  • Profitably run paid campaigns on Google and Facebook.

  • Email marketing. We have over a million free users. Many of these users have not been emailed in years. You will be responsible for building out our email marketing campaigns.

  • Optimize our current funnel. There are massive amounts of low hanging fruit for growth. You will run A/B tests for both paid and organic pages in order to get more free users and turn free users into paying customers.

  • Manage blog. We do not have a blog. However, we have fantastic domain authority with tens of thousands of linkbacks. You will execute a content marketing strategy.

  • Partnerships. Dozens of prominent authors and productivity influencers promote Toodledo. It’ll be your job to cultivate those relationships and help them promote the Toodledo brand.


  • You've profitable spent +$100,000 on Facebook and Google (combined is fine)

  • You understand churn, cohort analysis, retention and other basic SaaS principles

  • You're entrepreneurial.

  • You know the power of powerful copywriting.
