We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and help support our members.
The role includes:
working with members to understand their goals, providing emotionally intelligent, relevant, and timely support,
managing app content to provide actionable insights for individual members,
building & implementing processes and improvements that will allow us to continue growing.
The ideal candidate for this role combines existing customer service skills with a background/interest in healthcare, nutrition, or technology. Strong written communication skills – across both chat and email – are an asset; we’re a distributed team that works remotely from around the world.
As an early member of the team, you'll help shape the product that we're building. We’re a small team of Facebook and Google alumni determined to apply information and communication technology to solve the most important problems. We believe in the transformational power of software and are looking for like-minded people to join us.

This is a remote role on a global team. You should have a strong self-directed work ethic, along with steady access to a computer with a reliable internet connection!
We prefer candidates able to work from US Eastern or Central timezones, but will consider all candidates. Some weekend work is included. Both full- and part-time applicants are encouraged to apply.
